Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form and applicable entry fees. Entries must be submitted on DVD (any region) or Blu-Ray (Region 1). Foreign language work must be dubbed or subtitled in English. Please include a 3 line synopsis of your film. Please do not send press kits or any other print materials unless they are requested by the festival staff.
Checks or money orders must be made payable to “indiefilmpage.com”. REGULAR DEADLINE April 7, 2017 $30. LATE DEADLINE June 16, 2017 $35. EXTENDED LATE DEADLINE June 30, 2017 $45. ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Fees for entries from outside the United States must be paid by international bank draft/money order payable from a U.S. bank. See coneyislandfilmfestival.com/international.html for examples. You can also pay with credit card using paypal. Our paypal email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. If you use paypal, please write your confirmation number in the payment section below.
Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the entrant. DVDs must be sent to the festival prepaid. C.O.D.'S will be refused. All DVD's/Blu-Rays must be labeled with the title of the entry, running time, and the name of the director. The festival cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit.

SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
All entries will be viewed by the selection committee. The Festival will make no cuts or changes. Festival selections will be announced on or around August 7, 2017. All entrants will be notified by email. Selected films will also be posted on our website. The festival does not pay rental fees for submitted work. If selected, exhibition format is Blu-Ray (NTSC or Region Free) or DVD (NTSC or Region Free).
A festival jury will present awards to films and videos selected as best in category.
RETURN OF SUBMISSION DISCS
We strongly encourage you to only send materials you do not wish to have returned, it's cheaper and easier for all involved. Please do not send us masters, originals, your only copy, etc. Videos will not be returned unless requested, please mark the appropriate box on your entry form. Tape return fees are $5 for US addresses, $10 outside of the U.S. Allow 8 weeks after festival date for returns. Although due care will be exercised, indiefilmpage.com, Coney Island USA and the Coney Island Film Festival cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged tapes. Please DO NOT SEND self-addressed stamped envelopes for disc returns, we will not use them.

By entering your film for consideration for the 2017 Coney Island Film Festival, you authorize that your work is cleared for festival exhibition and accept full legal responsibility for the intellectual property therein.
Entry into the festival constitutes permission to exhibit your work at the 2017 Coney Island Film Festival.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless the Coney Island Film Festival, indiefilmpage.com, Coney Island USA and any other agents, owners and employees of said entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
