SUBMISSION
GUIDELINES
Foreign language films must be dubbed or
subtitled in English. Shorts are categorized as anything under 40 minutes. Features are categorized as anything 40 minutes and over.
ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES
EARLY BIRD DEADLINE September 8, 2023 $25 , REGULAR DEADLINE November 10, 2023, $30. LATE DEADLINE January 12, 2024, $35. EXTENDED DEADLINE February 9, 2024 $45. All entry fees are non-refundable.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
All entries will be viewed by the selection committee. Selected films will be announced on or around March 12, 2024. All entrants will be contacted with final decision by email. Exhibition format is .mp4, h.264, 1080p, stereo. The festival does
not pay rental fees for submitted work.
AWARDS
The festival jury will present awards to films and videos selected as
best in these categories: Drama Short, Comedy Short, Feature, Documentary Feature, Documentary Short, Horror, Sci-Fi, Music Video, Experimental, Animation and "Made in Coney Island".
